I am on a massive diet. Huge, Big. Immense. It is called the overeaters anonymous diet. Basically, it is a fat free yogurt with grapenuts in it for breakfast. I am allowed one cup of coffee. Then I am to drink a lot of water. For lunch, it is a salad with either 80z of tuna fish, chicken or steak and the same for dinner. NOTHING ELSE! If I need a snack (and interestingly enough after 3 weeks I haven't really needed a snack) I can have water or fruit. Luckily, I can also have some of the sugar free Crystal Lite in my water. That's it...
I am also supposed to walk at least 2 miles 3-4 times/week. I have been doing very well with this and I do feel like it is working. I was advised to not step on a scale for a month. I am not sure why I am not a size two after these three weeks but I will wait it out.
Interestingly enough, I am not sick of salads yet. I am very happy that I am eating so healthy. I think this diet is only helping my battle with Cholesterol. I haven't had soda in god knows how long. I don't miss pasta or my french fries or blue cheese. I love the fact that my serving sizes, or the amount that I eat in a day is getting smaller. I feel good, I am sleeping better.
The only thing I don't like, and would like some knowledge on, is why if I am eating so healthy am I breaking out like a before picture from a Proactive ad? Everyone I ask says it is because I am detoxing, could that really be it?
