Jennifer Place

GONIC ; Jennifer Ann Place, 30, died Monday, Dec. 1, 2008.

She was born in Exeter the daughter of Jerry Place, Sr. and Debbie Wing, graduated from Noble High School Class of 1997 and received her bachelor's degree in business from the University of Southern New Hampshire.

Education was important to Jenn. She was currently working on her master's degree.

She was a claims disability specialist at Liberty Mutual, where she has worked for more than eight years. She was a hard worker and loved her job.

Jenn was a hard worker who loved to shop and spend time with her family. She especially loved her 10-year-old son, Joshua Pelletier.

Survivors include her son, Joshua Pelletier of Gonic; mother and stepfather, Debbie and John Mattis of Lebanon, Maine; father and stepmother, Jerre and Donna Place of Lebanon; her fiance and best friend, Dylan Schaaf of Gonic; one brother, Jerry Place, Jr. and his fiance, Jennifer Kimball of Lebanon; four stepbrothers, Kyle Huppe of Brighton, Mass., Nathan Huppe of Dover, John Mattis of Georgia and William Mattis of Portsmouth; paternal grandmother, Margaret Place of Eliot, Maine; maternal grandmother, Martha Wing of South Berwick, Maine; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

"She loved you all."

Visiting hours will be Thursday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Tasker Funeral Home, 621 Central Ave., Dover.

The funeral service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Eliot.
